The unit replaced the 5" touch screen stereo that... read more came in my Jeep from the factory. So far I am very impressed with the size and awesome features the new Stinger unit has. I am even more impressed with the great customer service I got from the team at Laketown Speed and Sound! Junior took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. He answered all of my questions, made sure I got everything I wanted, and got me on the schedule as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with install as well. Isai did a great job on the install. All of the features of the new unit are working great, and he even went above and beyond of what I was expecting by replacing the original Jeep stereo's volume knob with a USB port for CarPlay and HDMI port. *Usually only the USB port in the Jeep's center console can be used for CarPlay, so it is awesome that I have the CarPlay USB up front. The HDMI port is a bonus too! I highly recommend Laketown Speed and Sound, and I will definitely go back for any of my future car audio needs!

Junior looked into it for me, talked me out of paying for a brand new amp, and sent the amp back to the company even though he could’ve sold me a brand new one. Junior‘s advice to just be patient and wait for the warranty saved me over $400). Fast forward a few months - I ended up having an issue again with the same amp (likely a faulty amp model from the distributor), Junior and his team upgraded my amp for free and installed it for no charge. Junior and the team at Laketown Speed and Sound have that "old school" customer service where the customer's satisfaction actually matters to them. Doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy with their service, at their own expense, even if the problem wasn't their fault--that's a rare characteristic.
